I will say tradition that my parents raise me with a positive tradition I can say, most my friends and other people out there they do not have this privilege that I have it now.

But I can say Fullbacks will always have a place on some rosters, but fewer teams are keeping them. There is a downside to that because teams not using fullbacks are having trouble getting touchdown runs near the goal line and are having some difficulty holding fourth-quarter leads because they aren't running the ball as successfully.

South Africa culture

We think of South Africa as a country of diverse cultures because we automatically define culture in terms of its external, most obvious manifestations: food, dress, rituals, song, dance, games, etc.  But culture is a way of life and external manifestations are merely signposts to an infrastructure of beliefs that determine the manner and style of our existence.  And the old signposts no longer point to our actual culture; they are really the remains of eviscerated cultures no longer supported by the beliefs that gave rise to them.  What they really provide is variety. 

Variety and diversity may seem the same but variety is variation on a theme while diversity indicates difference, separateness, and it derives from our real culture, our common culture. We don't realise it but we do have a common culture, a culture of race and colour consciousness based on the hierarchical ordering of races and the need for separation.  It is a culture that evolved, was instilled and nurtured through colonial and apartheid separate development. 

Bad presentation

How bad was my communication science presentation, I was prepared for the presentation I got nervous after the lecture send the second years in class to listen our presentation.

I can’t evaluate myself because I was so nervous I can’t remember even the word I have said to the presentation. I have try to answer the question were asked by the lecture but one of the lady in class want to question me about the presentation so that I can get stacked she didn’t want me to get a free flow not be questioned.

Sometimes you can reformulate a question. Or answer the question with another question. Or even ask for comment from the rest of the audience.

Nothing is more dangerous than an idea

Dangerous ideas most happened in the department of health, when I talk about dangerous ideas in healthcare, I am not talking about tinkering with funding models or introducing a new performance indicator. A dangerous idea is one that turns status quo thinking on its head. Consider, for example, a gear-shift in cultural norms such that the privacy of health records is irrelevant to the vast majority of citizens; or that the political inevitability of mass immigration (say, quintupling the annual number of immigrants) eliminates the human resource challenge in healthcare and solves the spiraling costs of caregiver burden in this country. (For the record, I disagree with the first dangerous idea; I believe in the second).

This is not to say imaginative ideas don't exist in healthcare; rather, it is to say I am concerned that they do not cycle their way up to executive teams.

Have you figured out the second head fake?

As the person I am now, I never saw the second head so which means it is really faked. How hard is it to follow instructions?

The daily life of a student begins with a list of instructions to follow. Directions are written by competent educators who use the clearest language possible, provide a clear list of what the student is to do, and describe the task with simple incremental steps. Following directions is the core of every academic assignment. Why is it so hard for some of our students to follow, when for us the outline and sequence are obvious and clear?

After giving the instructions, wait a few seconds and stay by your child to make sure he maintains his attention on the task. If he complies and properly follows through with your direction, praise him immediately for a job well done. On the other hand, following directions is something that at some point everyone must do even after they're done with school, and there isn't always enough time to explain the full reasoning behind them

In the future everybody will be world famous for fifteen minutes

We all know that everybody want to be famous, you also want to known by the public. That is why we have so many musicians today because everybody wants to be famous, not everyone got that gift of becoming a musician just that she/he want to be known by public. Even know everything that you do in future you want to be known about it.

So that everywhere you go people can recognize you, not just only in the music industry also in sport not all of us have a gift in sport we can see some of the play rugby, soccer and etc but they not fit on that kind of sport they are playing it just that they want that famous face.

Not everyone can get that fame in life that we want it in 15miniutes. Now we have so many social net that we are using, so that’s why we have so many famous people get the famous face within 15minutes because is that we want in our future.

And the other thing when we saw a famous person doing something good we also want that so that we can get known that something that has done him/her.

Life problems

It is difficult for us to plan life in future but there’re some difficulties that will tern you down while you planning your life. Like we grow up in different families and a different culture which means some of other people will not understand these difficulties that we face in our future.

For example at school it’s where you get more difficulties of life when some others grow up knowing everything that they want and some they are struggling to do so. In some other cases you will find difficulties in finance.

So when you get some difficulties in life your brain will not think or functions properly like others who have properties or material to go further or to face the world.

But I think becoming a struggler the time you are young you will get a success in life because you know where you come from and what you get you will use it as a weapon.

A skill set called leadership

Being a leader it’s a skill that you have not all the people outside have that skill here in South Africa we have so many leaders in the and still now the some people that we call it leaders. There’s a referent between the manager and the leader for example we have Tata Nelson Mandela which is our national leader.

A manger is a person who learns from school on how to manage people at work then we have a skilled person who we called leader. A skilled leader is a person who to be not just came-up then became a leader. It can be a leader of the group in our local areas.

Mostly we find leaders in politics but not all of them are leaders. A leader is born to be leader not learn to be a leader, in these days there are few leaders that we have. The leaders were found in the past years some of them they were struggling for our freedom that we have it today.

Inefficient of dating

Dating In these days is not important people they use the date just for fun you won’t find a perfect date its win and loose in these days. Some they say the most people who are worse in dating are the women.

They do not have a stabled relationship, as I have done a research I look at the statistics what I have seen is that women are more than man. You will find out that a man is dating more than one woman.

So I wont put a blame to them but I think they find a way of dating not like an animal those that doing puff and pass we are human being guys lets do it in a proper manner.

The other thing lets stop cheating dating is not a game we should take that seriously. The cause of poor dating is that we don’t do the way we suppose to do we are playing. Some of us they decided to kill themselves just because of her/his partner cheating on.

The best of my achievement and I am proud of it, When I go to the link for My Achievements I want it to show the achievements I still have to get by default. Instead it always shows the ones I have instead.

I went under my settings and changed it to ones I have not won, nothing changed. Tried this several times back and forth always the same results.  Am I missing something or is what I want not possible?

I played some games and I earned most if my achievements offline after my 1month free trial ended but I stopped, then I started playing again but this time I got gold live back, I am getting a new console and I want to put all my achievements in it, will my hard worked achievements that I earned offline after my trial ended transfer as well?

My best achievements I ever had are that I have achieved my national diploma within three years.

What motivate me?

Getting motivated as the person who I am, is a better recognition of my abilities which leads the company that I’m working on, to give me responsible jobs, a good money package and a better respect in the company motivates me the most. By my own achievements, to achieve new milestones in my career keeps striving for better and better performance.....this is the case at least with me

I get motivated by fear and desire.

Just make a change, take a risk! You have one chance at this life, what are you waiting for?? Only boring people get bored and uncreative people find nothing to do. Life is art and you're incredibly dull. Exercise your whims or take up drugs and have an adventure. STOP making excuses. It’s never that serious.

The fact that I don't know what the day has in store for me motivates me to get out of bed. You never know who you will meet or what you'll see. If I'm going to go some where, I take my time getting dressed and ready. That's part of the excitement I think. Because where ever I end up, I want to look really good! You'd be surprised at the number of heads you turn and the things you can get for free while out ;). Those little looks here and there really do wonders for your self esteem and then you start to have more fun as the day goes than you start get motivated.

How do you feed a dog?

Dogs have had 15,000 years to evolve from being primarily meat eaters into omnivores capable of digesting both animal and plant nutrients - just like their owner. They are no longer quite the same as their close relatives, the wolves, who are strict carnivores living on meat alone. Although dogs prefer meat-based foods, they can exist on diets high in vegetable proteins - as long as other missing nutrients and amino acids are added. Why I hate people

What is wrong with me? I actually hate other people there is only a handful of people I actually care about. I’m not an angry. I’m beginning to think I might have some sort of disorder it’s not normal is it? Is anyone else this way?

The reason is that a lot of the time when there is something we dislike in other people it is only a reflection of something within ourselves that we dislike.

You can also be guarded against other people after past experiences and what not. Also seeing that the human race is full of a lot of people who do a lot of messed up things.

However if you are afraid of having a mental illness I suggest seeking a counsellor. Even if you do not have an imbalance, a counsellor can help you deal with your animosity towards the human race.

Maybe you like all of humanity you are infected with a disease called self love. Self love only cares for itself and not for others. Our egoism means we hate others, we envy others, we enjoy it when others suffer and we crave dominance over our fellow man.

The good news is that you are seemingly coming to recognition that your own internal make up is pretty ugly. How would you like to change it?

I’m tired of being ignored by everyone. I feel so alone. everyone in their twenties I know is living the good life and I'm stuck at home with a psychotic disease cause I MIGHT hurt myself. I can't be seen at the hospital cause of the stupid effing taxes and new "health care plan" that the branch of hospital I go to was forced to shut down. I don't know what to do with my depression of being alone or the "third wheel" only Jesus keeps me alive as I read the bible. I've tried to make new friends at church but it's just not working. I feel like a failure for someone my age....

Each bizarre premise serves to increase dramatic tension--the ever-looming sense of "the other" creeping in and distancing the central character from her/his loved one(s).

A band of heavy Snow in Eastern Cape

Several mountain passes and roads in the Eastern Cape had to be closed after heavy snowfalls. Mountains and roads elsewhere in the Eastern Cape and high lying areas were covered in snow.

I’ve never seen this in my entire life, its cold but I wish I can experience once.

In the central, the weather left roads so icy that some truck drivers were stuck for more than a day in their rigs. A band of very heavy snow is entering to the areas of Eastern Cape. A low pressure system currently located off the coast. This low pressure system is continuing to rapidly intensify into a major winter storm as it spreads heavy snow over the areas. Winter storm warnings were in effect for most of Eastern Cape areas.

People like you do nothing to help bolster the argument of man made climate change. See any time something happens on a weather level that would seem to be against global warming, like an extra cold winter, if they were related shouts of "Climate is not weather! You can't take something that happened with the weather and apply it to climate!" come up in a hurry.

However when something perceived to be out of the ordinary (or something bad) happens then people like you come and say "See! Look! Strange weather, climate change must be real and it must be people causing it!"

This trying to have it both ways is something that makes the argument look flimsy because it is precisely what people like religious zealots do. When something supports their views, they point to it as evidence. When something doesn't, they claim that sort of thing doesn't matter, even if it is the same sort of thing as they were talking about earlier.

So you can't go and shout down weather as not being climate only to then point at weather when it suits your needs.

What not to wear on summer

The women in our local areas used to wear short skirt during the summer time but some of them they exaggerate not even to wear they only wear the leggings. These things are transparent you can even see what is going on under that pant.

I’ve seen so many women at Mzoli’s place people wearing mini or bubble skirt they were also drunk I don’t think they even know who are they.

There is no reason eligible women should not wear a mini skirt when they want to but not to exaggerate. Every woman needs to feel attractive and good about her body. If a woman works hard at looking good, then wearing a mini skirt is something that she should take advantage of and do as she pleases. A great mini skirt is a must have for any woman’s wardrobe.

Every day is a good day.

Not everyday suppose to be good, you not living in this world that everyone live. We all want to have good days. But can every day be a good day?  It can be while we'll always have ups and downs, and our "good days" often feel better when there are "bad days" to compare them to, there are steps you can take to relieve stress and promote happiness so that all of your days are a little better--or a lot. How to have a good day, and make every day the best it can be.

Life's pleasures can add a quick lift to your mood, which can provide other benefits as well. There are many little pleasures you can add to your life to have a good day every day--tea, a warm bath, a walk in the park, etc. As long as you vary them and enjoy some of them in moderation, pleasures in life can really brighten your day, every day.

Our greatest strengths are our greatest weaknesses.

The difference between being in control and needing control when you are working from your strengths and passionate about what you do, you become a natural leader and role model. You are in control of yourself and adaptable to change. On the other hand, needing control is limiting.

Parents experience this to the extreme while raising children. There comes a phase when it’s time to give up control and have the children do for themselves that which was once the parent’s job to do. It’s not particularly comfortable to watch someone do a poor job as part of the process of learning how to do something well. But, allowing them to do it themselves is a way that children are empowered to learn and grow.  Plus, the parent is freed from doing day-to-day tasks that the child can manage.

Feelings comes after behavior, it depends on the reaction of your self and other person you have conservation with.

For example you are an employee. You worked extra hours just to finish your tasks, arrives at work on time and sometimes you skip lunch just to complete the assigned job. A hard worker – that’s what you are! Now after a month of hard work your paycheck is delayed. Weeks and months passed and still the salary is not released. Would you perform the same effort towards your job now that you are still unpaid? You might still go to work with a change behavior or stop working.

For working people, receiving a regular and on-time paycheck is a positive reinforce that motivates the employees to do their job well. If this motivating factor is lacking, expect a less efficient job performance from the employees. Behaviorists believed that a behavior can be change through a system of rewards and punishments.

After all of these things happened to you, you will start having a bad behavior towards that person.

It is better to practice a little than talk a lot

One thing the non-expert should get rid off - the sooner the better! - is the fond myth that familiarity with your mother tongue implies that you know all about language and its social ramifications.

And it's not about lack of command of a foreign tongue either - more often than not, it's the basic concepts which are flawed, such as the belief that a word-by-word translation, though admittedly not very elegant, will at least give you a "general idea" of the source text's content.

Lying is making an assertion that you know to be false. Making an assertion that you believe is true, but is not, is not a lie. Not even if you should know better. Given that you have to make an assertion that you know to be false to tell a lie, it is impossible to lie to yourself. You either know the assertion is false, or you don’t. . Keep living.

The sound of one hand clapping

I have never seen any one hand clapping it will sound better if its two hands clapping, now it has know meaning on me. Hold your hand up; now fold the fingers of that hand into the palm, as if you are clenching a fist without including the thumb, allowing the finger tips to touch the bottom of the palm. I don’t think words can describe the sound of one hand.

Doesn’t u agree? You just have to be there to here it now open your hand again, folds it quickly and repeatedly, and there you have it: the sound of one hand clapping. Only when there is somebody in the forest to hear it does the possibility collapse, unless a tree is falling and then nobody can hear whether a hand (or not) is clapping (or not). Celebrating Freedom day

While others celebrating freedom day some in khayelitsha did not have that chance to do so. Instead of celebrating 17 years of freedom on Wednesday, about 2 000 Khayelitsha residents marched through the city centre demanding toilets and decent sanitation.

In recent months, the local government has come under attack in what has been dubbed the “toilet saga”, as thousands of Khayelitsha residents do not have proper toilet and sanitation services. Residents say up to 15 families have to queue to use one toilet, which also exposes them to hygiene problems and crime. w

They have been voting since 1994. Their life hasn't changed. They promise not to vote this time around. South Africans who have got the means are celebrating this day elsewhere, but this day brings a lot of sadness to them. The struggle of the poor can not be led by intellectuals, academics, NGO's, Expects etc. Let the poor be the intellectuals of their own struggles; define their own struggles and alternatives. Let the poor be guided by their own organic thinking and perspectives not by Marxist, Lenin and Trotsky

Have you ever noticed how some things you do never seem to change no matter what it is you seem to do? What about the way in which you deal with people at work or how you talk to your children? These problems are the ones that matter yet when we look at them the world is full of conventional wisdom or “common sense” but most of that is of little value. People use sayings like, ‘Well that’s just the way it is.’ A risk averse person will often look at any given situation and say something like, ‘better than devil you know than you don’t.’ As conventional wisdom this is very sound but in life that’s of no use. Life involves risk.

The greatest of the greatest always took risks. Life is full of problems. The more you solve them, the more new ones come up. And you can sweep problems under the carpet or run away from them. Wherever you go, sooner or later there will be problems for you to solve. Since this is a fact of life, you may as well develop some skills on how to handle problems in life. Here are some insights on how to deal with problems in life so that you may achieve success and happiness. One of the best ways to handle problems is to have the right attitude towards them. Sometimes problems may be blessings in disguise.

Not all who wander are lost

A lost a soul or an over-active imagination? Sometimes we must wander at times in order to find our way. There isn’t a map for everything and therefore are forced to forge our own path. Wandering isn’t a bad thing and it doesn’t mean I’m los, in moderation. With control and skill, a wanderer is a highly capable and intellectual being. Art is wandering through the known to create a present unknown.

Not all who wander are lost. Some wander not to find something but to be found. I wander through life wondering if I’m ever going to find love. Sometimes I question whether it’s completely pointless of me because every single relationship I’ve reached for has failed.

I’m so sick of it but doesn’t mean I’m lost. I just want to find a friend who understands me, loves me, and wants to be with me for awhile. I just want a happy relationship because I’m sick of all my friends being happy and lovely and I’m not.

Why am I afraid to love?

I am so afraid to feel love for anyone. I don’t just mean romantically, but also just the love of family and friends. I posted something a little while back that I’m afraid of the wrong things, the reason I’m afraid of love is that too many people they have disappointed me. I know that I am afraid to open up to anybody anymore because of Love I’ve been hurt too many times and I feel vulnerable and that is a big problem for guys like me. I don’t know what to do.

 I don’t want to feel emotions anymore or even love. Look I know these sounds like I’m running away from my problems. Love is killing; love hurts I just want to stay single. Fact that I am aware of the problem means that I can fix it. Make myself accept others into my life and I swear I will live a happier life. We take the risk of being devastatingly hurt for the sense of euphoria and content in return.

How do you step from the top of a 100-foot pole?

Than we have to describe or look-up this pole what kind of a pole is, what is the meaning of this pole.

If you already stepped-up you don’t have to look around or things that you left behind know what you want in life.

it will take some time get what you want but if you tell our self that you want something you will get it no matter what they say to you.

Not very well I handle high stress situations if I’m on my own. I think way too much and am afraid of making a mistake. If there are other people involved or it's an emergency, I do very well, Something just clicks in my mind and I do what need's to be done and I do it well.. I totally suck in exam situations. I believe that previous life experiences as well as current needs in ones life determine friendships for me. Also, I have lots of friends in my chart or around me.

I would like to see my self in a higher position when I get older, I would like to see my self having my own properties, I would like to see my self learning from the past decisions or mistakes.

Soccer is embrace by the community

Soccer is one of the sport that the community embrace and are acquainted to. Even before the world cup begun in the communities they used to be a game called an indoor soccer tournament. The Fifa world cup played a great role in increasing the importance of soccer by the way the world cup presented with all the excitement and slogan or theme quoting “feel it is here” the Fanpark-Mzoli supporters came in number in a location called Gugulethu at Mzoli’s place, it was one of the fan park that full of people with all the LCD screens plugged.

The soccer Word cup 2010 gave all of us so much excitement and entertainment for an entire month. South Africa was extremely fortunate to experience the world’s largest sporting tournament right here in South Africa an Africa soil for the very first time. It has been a great privillage to have witnessed this great sporting event. And to all the organiser who made it possible for the tournament to be beautiful.

The youth of Khayelitsha ran the soccer tournament in Khayelitsha stadium they making sure all of the teams played their games on time, security were taken care of, and result were reported back to the scorekeepers.

Voice of the cape presenter Shafiq Morton

Shafiq Morton runs a programme called Drive Time from 4pm to 6pm at the voice of the cape community radio station. Voice of the cape has now been on air for more than 10 years-it was established in September 1995. He started in 1995 actually he was persuaded by the station manager of the voice of the cape to be a head of news editing. Then he stepped down in 1999 and one of the staff members took over while he carried on with the DRIVE Time show.

Honestly he was not prepared to work at the radio, as he had been a photojournalist for the cape Argus since 1976. He was always interested in journalism, and in the old days in Cape Town there were no courses for journalism and he was interested in photography from an early age.

He used to help writing scripts for the advertisements and do editorials for the station. Outside the station he keeps her self busy by writing articles and now he about to finish a book. The book is about progrmmes on the radio station. He attracts the listeners by being interesting, controversial, curious and never accepting things at face value. His future plans are to get more into the analytical side of journalism. As get older he finds out that he can analyses event rather than running around the streets collecting the news.

The actions that we do, it tells us what we are, some times the environment we live in can describe us of what we are. The way we behave tells who we are

The way we talk describes where we come from.

The way we dress tells exactly who we are. Even the president of South Africa his actions describe of what he is.

We live in an age when we have to be more than aware of the places we are, what we do and how and why we visit other countries.

Security has become a worldwide issue, politically and practically, but unconsciously we have always lived with the awareness of alarms and their effect on our daily lives.

People tend to help others in those situations and try to comfort the distressed person until more professional help arrives it describe the way he/she is.

Fish falling from the sky

I never see a fish falling from the sky what I know is that the fish float does. The only thing that can fall from the sky is the birds. You will never see a Fish falling from the sky if the fish get out from the river/water it will die immediately.

What I know about Fish is that it floats in to the river, but I have heard a miracle story in Australia were the fishes fall in into the sky. And the time they hit the ground they were all alive, on that time the rain was raining like hell and the fish state falling from the sky that was an amaze rainfall. All the people from that area were amaze about this, they wonders what is going on when they share this thing to other people they thought they are laying it wont happened that.

But when the time they hit up the ground they won’t survive because they usually live in the river/water.

They were complaining about the money they earned/receive during the world cup session, this agency they promise that everyone is going to work at all the games that were played at the Cape Town stadium in Green Point but during the world cup they received an sms saying you not scheduled to work at all the games. Some of them they worked only to the semi-final game but they told them to buy the clothes that was needed which is shoes, white t-shirt etc. the money that they received you can not even buy one of these items that I mentioned. “ What our benefits to the 2010 FIFA world cup” said Malusi one of the student from UCT who were employed to as a waiter.

These students they were thinking that entire uniform is going to come up with this agency because they even spend money to the training that took place in mobray liesbeck road.

Freshlyground Entertaining in CPUT

Zolani Mahola at the stage performing in CPUT the tiny lead singer Zolani preforming her second Album the song called Nomvula. It was my privilege to be presented an listen to the their performance.        

Their music has a mixture of jazz, reggae and a touch of soul with English and Xhosa lyrics that give a taste of Fro-pop. And Zolani Mazola’s voice that can soar from the lovelorn Ballard to funky sounds, it will have you bouncing.

This group is presented by two black African and four white, which present the first black African.

These seven people Cape Town group band was nominated as the contemporary album and best group in the 11^th Annual South Africa SAMA awards.

The little song of the album, Nomvula was not only a life story but was like a thank you speech, it is a story that reflects many people’s stories. The freshlyground had played alongside the likes of Miriam Makeba better known as Mama Africa.

The diversity of Freshlyground makes it easy for its members to inspire one another they work together as a team listen to each other. The album called Nomvula was recorded in Johannesburg under the Freshlyground independent Freshlyground Records labels 

What is the color of wind

This is the difficult question no one knows the color of wind, wind it is colorless you cant see the color of wind, you will see the color of a through out the people living in this world that’s what we believe the color of the wind is.

Some they look up at the sky but you wont see anything only thing you see is the sky, which blue.

The real color of the wind it is hidden you can not seen it with your eyes as I have said you can only look at the people living in that environment than you can see the color of the wind because it is colorless you can not see it by eyes. Everything has got color but it difficult clarify the color of the wind, even the time I was at high school I never hard about the color of the wind. In high school what I hard is that how the wind rise of the sky.

Growing minds is a national chain of retail outlets in South Africa, specializing in creating books for children and innovating learning material for children. The company caters to the upper end of the market and focuses on customer service for competitive advantage. It provides workshop for parents and children on such topic as learning with the computer and indoor gardening, and offer craft class ranging from papier-mâché to pottery.

Growing minds plans to expand and open five new retail outlets in the coming year. This may mean up to 2000 new hires, and the executive team wants to make sure that best people are hired and retained. It has issued a challenge to its retail management personnel to design a recruitment process that will accomplish these goals. Unfortunately it has no HR department the hiring of personnel in the past has been on a way unstructured basis.

The children market in which Growing minds operates demands service personnel who are endlessly patient; knowledge about children learning and perhaps most importunately, sociable, enthusiastic and engaging. Excellent customer service is the top priority at Growing minds, and obtaining the desired performance from personnel has meant a major invested in its new hires.

Apparently, turnover is due (at least in part) to the demanding nature of the job recently, growing minds has been emphasizing the establishment of the work teams to improve the quality of its service, identity and fix any problems in service delivery and brainstorm new team concept will be the new outlets

If I were a boss

If I were a boss

If I were the boss I would treat employees like people, not like machines or "resources". Make sure they feel comfortable asking those questions or raising issues. Celebrate everyone's birthday with a cake. These little things make a world of difference.

Be open with them about what is going on in the business side of things. The point is to make employees see at least some of the big picture in addition to their immediate responsibilities, so that they feel more like partners in the company, and less like cogs in a machine.

Good working conditions. Also, having a meal together regularly, like once a week, preferably with beer, is great for morale.

If I were a boss I would motivate my employees to perform more in my company and choose a team leader to help me when I’m not around. I would discuss the project plan with my team leader and ask them how they see the new person being utilized over the remainder of the project. Highlight activities that I think would benefit from additional resource and what the payoff would be to the project, say, reduced risk of missing a key deadline.

This takes the conversation away from the difficult territory of criticizing my team leader and into a more productive conversation about what's best for the project.

To decide or not to decide

Mr. John has worked for the Department of Information for the past seven years. During this time he proved to be very knowledgeable, hard working and always ready to assist where necessary. As a result, he was in good standing with his supervisor.

However, in those seven years, Mr. John has been known to be a habitual latecomer and sometimes also going earlier than knock off me.

In addition, whenever he deemed it fit, Mr. John smoke at place on the premise without any of his supervisor complaining. A newly appointed employee, Dina, who notice that Mr. John was not been admonished for what she considered to be contravention of the department’s rules and regulations, started coming late and occasionally smoking in front of her computer. Other employees notice the development and complained to management who took a decision to verbally warn Dina only.

That however did not down with Dina who got an argument with her supervisor as why she should stop with things that others do without warning. After consultation with the director, the supervisor called Dina into his office and suspended her for two months without pay for late coming, smoking on the work station and insubordination.
